taxilian 09:10 nah, night shift. Everything important revolves around my time zone ;-)
kylehuff 10:10 morning all.

taxilian 10:10 yeah; still not working
kylehuff 10:10 really? I don't get it. I was able to run it without incident

kylehuff 10:10 ohh, I think I think I know where it is puking there... (although, I don't know why it doesn't do it on my system)

vaiju 14:10 does a FB::URI class has any method that tells the domain name? url.domain returns the entire hostname, I am looking for something like if the uri.domain is x.y.foo.com then it should tell me the .foo.com and if the uri.domain is a.b.foo.co.uk then should return .foo.co.uk
I mean such kind of support exists?
taxilian 14:10 I'm not sure how you'd even do that
but no, there isn't
vaiju 14:10 or if tells me the gTLD or ccTLD?
ok
taxilian 14:10 you could probably do it to your specifications using standard string algorithms, though
if you know what you want
vaiju 14:10 ok
I need to maintain the list of the top level domains, ok sounds fair.
thanks
linearray 14:10 these lists are available at many places
pwdhash uses them, as does just about every browser
vaiju 14:10 rok thanks
ok*
linearray 14:10 http://code.google.com/p/chrome-pwdhash/source/browse/trunk/pwdhash-chrome/stanford-pwdhash/chrome/content/domain-extractor.js?spec=svndbd9da5129339cabbf1a4c046fa20c1a73d4cd65&name=dbd9da5129&r=dbd9da5129339cabbf1a4c046fa20c1a73d4cd65
might be a bit old, but it's a start
vaiju 14:10 coool
that's helpful
thank you so much
linearray 14:10 you're welcome

vaiju 15:10 ok.. cool. BTW the previous link you specified was veryyy helpful. It's working perfect

dpe82 17:10 hey.. how do you set up a project so it's source isn't under the firebreath directory?
taxilian 17:10 you move the source to another directory
see http://colonelpanic.net/2010/11/firebreath-tips-working-with-source-control/
you could also check the Frequently Asked Questions section on the website, which I believe has that link in it =]
dpe82 17:10 oh I missed the extra bit you have to pass to the prep script
taxilian 17:10 that would do it
dpe82 17:10 been a long day :)
thanks
