walter 05:04 hi guys

taxilian 07:04 g'morning
walter 08:04 hi guys
taxilian 08:04 howdy
walter 08:04 The DLL generated by firebreath 2.0 - doesn't seems to have DllRegisterServer and DllUnregisterServer entry points at all... During manual regsvr32 - it's giving me "The module "npEchoTestPlugin.dll" was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found. Make sure that "npEchoTestPlugin.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX file and the n try again"
any hints?
I tried to regsvr32 on Windows 8 and Windows 7 - same results...
taxilian 09:04 ... that's really weird. I haven't seen that happen
walter 09:04 btw. I just checked DLL Export Viewer app...
The DLL generated by Firebreath from master branch.... Is giving me 12 entry points, like: DllCanUnloadNow, DllInstall, NP_Initialize, NP_Shutdown... and more
The DLL generated by Firebreath 2.0 - is showing none
I'm struggling with it - since the EchoTestPlugin_devinstall error that I was getting: "cmd.exe" exited with code 4 - is caused by regsvr32 call
any hints?
any hints?
taxilian 09:04 that is really weird; I don't know. Check to make sure that the _auto project is being linked in correctly?
walter 09:04 >> Check to make sure that the _auto project is being linked in correctly? --- could you give me some more info?
taxilian 11:04 just check in visual studio to make sure it's linking those; it should also be using the .def file to indicate what entrypoints are needed, so if that file isn't included in the project it won't work
oh, he's gone
oh, he's gone
walter_ 11:04 Hi taxilian...
I can't figure out that no-entry points issue - that Firebreath 2.0 is generating
I just tried building FBTestPlugin - on Virtual machine - using Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate..... It's the same
I thought it may be caused by my Visual Studio community edition
walter_ 11:04 Hi taxilian - I saw your response: just check in visual studio to make sure it's linking those; it should also be using the .def file to indicate what entrypoints are needed, so if that file isn't included in the project it won't work
The file is there: fbbuild\projects\FBTestPlugin\gen\FireBreathWin.def
