what makes you say that?
Guest5385 00:12 Also they have mentioned that attachEvent is available only for IE having version < 9
I have tried the same
taxilian 00:12 "they" are wrong

taxilian 00:12 any javascript errors?
Guest5385 00:12 No error
but player.attachEvent("onbmp", this.onEventGenerated);
returns undefined
taxilian 00:12 that's expected
the question isn't whether or not it returns undefined, the question is does it work?
IE11 tries to pretend that attachEvent doesn't exist because they want people to use addEventListener; unfortunately they either didn't wire that into activex or they did it in a way that I haven't been able to figure out yet, so we can't use it
but attachEvent still works even though it returns undefined. You notice it doesn't throw an exception or give you a parse error / "not a function" error
Guest5385 00:12 No its doesn't throws any error
but still it doesn't work for me
but still it doesn't work for me
taxilian 00:12 anyway, it's nearly 1am here; I need to go to bed, and unfortunately I'm on vacation currently so not at my computer at regular hours, but I'll be around again
does it work on firefox/chrome?
Guest5385 00:12 Yes
Yes
Ok thanks a lot

N3X15 12:12 Is there a guide to Firebreath projects with Jenkins? I've done some googling and log-diving, to no avail.
taxilian 19:12 N3X15 what do you need to know about firebreath projects with jenkins?
I've never thought it was all that difficult, but then often that's how you feel when you know how =]
the most useful thing to know is that it's more important that it's a cmake project than that it's a firebreath project
for example, the command "cmake --build" is invaluable.
cmake --build path/to/build --config RelWithDebInfo --target MyPluginProject
works on all platforms (as long as cmake it installed) and builds from the command line
N3X15 19:12 Ah, was just looking for best practices.
Thanks.
Now I just need to slap WiX into shape.
Now I just need to slap WiX into shape.
Is there a fix for WiX 3.9 support being broken, or should I just revert to 3.7?
taxilian 23:12 N3X15 might be all you need is to fix so that it correctly detects that WiX is installed; might be as simple as adding an ENV variable
