IRC Nick Time (GMT-7) Message
mik141 03:01 hi, i'm trying to build x64 version of plugin
but i'm getting errors, firstly it was wrong include dir (in plugin and UnitTest projects)
and now i'm getting "cannot open file 'olepro32.lib'"
anyone know what is the cause?
dougma 03:01 NoI've never had probs building 64bit.
dougma 03:01 You might want to pastebin your build output
mik141 03:01 http://pastebin.com/j8Wfb3JG
i paste 3 outputs, first one was the original one before any changes, the second and third are after some changes
@dougma and i would like to highlight that when building 32bit version - everything is fine
dougma 03:01 Mmmm. Is this vs express?
mik141 03:01 yes
vs express 2012 for desktop
do you have any idea what could be wrong?
also i've installed windows ddk ver.7600.16385.1
dougma 04:01 Never tried vs express. I think the firebreath wiki has some things to say about it
mik141 04:01 yeah, i saw that, but it wasn't very helpful in my case
mik141 05:01 ok, i copied missing file and there is no errors
during build
but there is error when creating wix installer for this plugin
i'm getting this error:
npTest_Plugin_v1_auto.wxs(8): error LGHT0204: ICE38: Component cmpAA6A1FA70F23863D2F088E246F4734E9 installs to user profile. It must use a registry key under HKCU as its KeyPath, not a file.
ceterumnet 08:01 wtf is with all the browsers barring plugins
grr
sabotaged|wk 14:01 has anyone ever seen this before? sometimes, I get a JavaScript error: 'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'obj.addEventListener') in Safari 6.1 on OS X 10.8. obj is the return of document.getElementById('plugin0');
if I refresh the page by pressing the refresh button, the issue goes away
the problem seems very intermittent
